I understand that a cancellation fee applies if I do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled job start time.

Please note: any cancellation requests made after 6:00pm on weekdays or anytime over the weekend will be treated as received at 8:00am on the next business day.

A $50 fee applies to bookings up to 4 hours, and a $100 fee applies to bookings longer than 4 hours.
